Contact UsDownload the app, create an account, and grant location permissions. The app will automatically detect when you pass the M50 toll gantry and send you payment reminders.
For automatic toll detection, you need to grant "Always" location permission. This allows the app to detect toll crossings even when running in the background. We only track your location near the M50 toll gantry—we don't track your journeys.
If automatic detection doesn't work, you can manually log a toll crossing using the "I used the M50 Today" button on the home screen. You'll receive reminders just like an automatic detection.
The app sends push notification reminders before the 8pm payment deadline the day after your crossing. You can customise your notification preferences in the app settings.
