M50 Toll Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track when they pass the M50 toll gantry in Ireland and receive reminders to pay toll charges. The Service uses geofencing technology to detect when you pass the specific M50 toll gantry location.
Important: The App uses location services ONLY to detect when you pass the M50 toll gantry. We do NOT track your journeys, movements, or location at any other time. Location data is collected ONLY when you enter the geofenced area around the M50 toll gantry (approximately 250 meters radius).

You acknowledge that geofencing technology relies on GPS accuracy, which may be affected by various factors including device capabilities, weather conditions, and signal strength.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Important: This App provides reminders only. You are solely responsible for paying toll charges. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or fees incurred due to missed toll payments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M50 Toll Tracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer resident in Ireland or the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
